Build your Better Body with Nutrition – The Boost

In “The Basics”, we set forth the rationale behind why a whole food-based diet must be the foundation upon which all other health decisions rest.

Now let’s talk about those decisions.

Before you “boost” your whole food-based diet…

So you’ve adopted a whole food-based diet. Congratulations on coming this far! It’s far further than most and this truly means you are in the upper echelon of the health conscious. This means you are now in a position to “boost” your health and wellness.

This is because you’ve eliminated toxins that not only attack your body’s cells, but may also require excess fat in order to store them.

Yikes.

Getting rid of toxins is just the first of the two steps necessary to provide what your body’s cells need for optimal performance, leading to optimal appearance.

Yes, healthy looks good on you!

Now that you have gotten rid of the toxins, you no longer have to constantly fight invaders. Now that the invasion is over, you can safely focus on building your body.

This is what I call “the boost”.

And “the boost” demands nutrients.

And nutrients it shall have.

How to use the whole food-based diet to create optimal health and wellness

There are more high-quality vitamin and mineral supplements on the market today than ever before.

But still nothing holds a candle to the bioavailability of the vitamins and minerals found in the foods we eat.

Your body loves these nutrients. It can use them easily. By consuming them primarily in the foods we eat, we get the most out of them.

Many supplements contain such high amounts of some vitamins and minerals, that it stands to reason, we might be giving our bodies too much, too fast.

But that is very difficult to do when consuming our vitamins and minerals in the course of our daily diets.

Each natural food we eat is beautifully designed, providing us with nutrients that work together to nourish our cells, helping to provide properly functioning organs, healthy joints, glowing skin, and good, stable energy.

And now that toxic additives are cleared from your body’s environment, these nutrients can get to work fueling every process in your body.

And that is when the really special results begin to pour in.

True nourishment is a revolution

This is the point where you get to see where you truly stand, what health ailments might need more attention beyond these revolutionary dietary steps (yes they are), and what it feels like to finally be truly nourished and no longer fighting the invaders.

Now you’re on offense and living the life you’ve always dreamed of.

But you need these two steps to get there.

Earlier I called these two steps (eliminating “unnatural” foods and boosting nutrients) “revolutionary”.

That might seem like a bit much, but it is truly not. Here’s why.

Most of us do not track what we consume on a daily basis.

Most of us also eat similar foods on a daily or weekly basis.

This means, we are either compounding good nutrition or deficient nutrition day after day, week after week, year after year.

And, despite the best of intentions, most of us find that we fall hard in the “nutrition-deficient” category.

A shockingly small number of us are getting the basic recommended amounts of vitamins and minerals in a single day’s consumption.

Extrapolate that over years and you can see how badly your body needs nourishment.

You can also see how wonderfully made our bodies are, in that they have managed to keep chugging along in spite of what might amount to malnutrition.

Now just imagine what that amazing body can do with actual nourishment.

Just imagine.

You may feel better in ways you didn’t even know were possible.

You may find that you have been dealing for so long with sub-optimal living standards that you became used to them without knowing it was happening.

The health revolution is here

Have you ever felt full of energy, mental clarity with more stable emotions, confident, light on your feet as well as feeling strong and supple?

Well get excited, because these are the steps that help you get a huge part of the way there.

And perhaps the best part?

This does not have to be expensive, and you do not need an expensive program to get there.

You may already have everything you need to get there, and you might find everything you need staring you right in the face, right there on shelves of your local supermarket.

Without expensive price tags.
